Depositing goods is just like opening a bank account, so only in exceptional circumstances may people other than the signatories to the original warehouse contract give instructions.
Cover?
We accept responsibility for loss/damage provided you let us have in writing the value of your goods.
Cleaning?
We can arrange for carpets, curtains and soft furnishings to be cleaned before they go into store or when they come out - please ask for details.
Access?
If there are some items you may need back before others, please let us know when we make our quotation. On moving day it's also advisable for you to remind us and we will plan the packing accordingly. If you leave it as an after-thought it can be expensive!
